Our metacognitive tuition focuses on enhancing children’s ability to understand and control their own learning processes. By teaching strategies for self-regulation, goal-setting, and reflection, we help students develop the critical thinking skills needed to become independent and effective learners.
Our English tuition offers personalised support to improve reading, writing, and comprehension skills for children aged 2-16. We tailor our lessons to each child’s needs, aiming to build confidence and competence in English, setting a solid foundation for academic success and lifelong learning.

Where appropriate! We encourage active participation from both parents and teachers in some of our sessions, especially in our coaching services, to ensure consistent support for the child across all environments.
We recommend starting with our Initial Consultation Package, where we assess your child's specific needs and recommend the most appropriate services and strategies.
We begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand the child’s strengths, challenges, and learning style. Based on this, we create a customised action plan with targeted interventions and ongoing reviews.
Our team, led by Johnette Barrett, is made up of experienced educational psychologists and educators who hold advanced degrees, either a Doctoral degree or a Master's degree in educational psychology. All of out educational psychologists are registered with the Health Care Professions Council (hcpc) and are affiliated with relevant professional bodies such as the Association of Educational Psychologists and the British Psychological Society.
