Welcome to Heads2gether Educational Psychology Solutions Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Services Provided

Heads2gether Educational Psychology Solutions Ltd offers educational psychology assessments, bespoke learning environments audits, tutoring, metacognitive skills training, and coaching services for educators and parents.

2. Booking and Payment

• Appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon.
• Schools and local authorities may request an invoice-based payment system.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for a refund or rescheduling.
• Missed appointments without notice will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Limitation of Liability
